CJLC stands for Central Java Leadership Conference. It is one of the annual conference that held by AIESEC UNDIP to unleash youth's leadership potential in Central Java and to give them a chance feeling the AIESEC experience. It is a 3 days conference that will bring you a new perspective and idea about youth and leadership.
Besides, it will be full of soft-skill session and several unique and fresh special events.
Cental Java Leadership Conference has aims to;
1. Gathering youth in Central Java to introduce them the new leadership model based on world economic forum
2. Unleashing the leadership potential of youth in Central Java through the soft-skill session in conference
3. Introducing the AIESEC Program and stakeholder to youth in Central Java through the special event in Conference.

THE SPECIAL EVENT
1. NETWORING LUNCH
is the platform that is used to engage and maintain our local partner and sponsor. By giving them the time to having a lunch together and class to introduce the delegate about the society based on partner and sponsor point ofview.*sponsors are still in confrimation*
2. GALA NIGHT
Gala night is the platform to giving the highest reward and recoignation to all stakeholder of AIESEC UNDIP in term 1314. it also the elegant new consept to engage and inspire our sponsor and partner together with our delagate.
3. GLOZING FESTIVAL
as CLOSING it is stand for Global Village Race Festival. It is a platform of showcasing of AIESEC program. There will be international contry booth/stand in Global Village, other than taht there will be team work challenge during the gloxing fest for delegate. The countries are china taiwan, turky, thailand, poland, czech, etc.
4. THE PARTY DAY
We provide the new consept party to delegate and having a fun with them after whole day session. It will be great a World Cup party.
